All bookings are secured by credit card or gift voucher (all non-refundable if you don't adhere to our cancellation policy).
When rescheduling or cancelling bookings, we require 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee to the value of the full service will be charged to your credit card or will result in your gift voucher being redeemed.
